26.1. The Commission shall assume the cost of purchasing or leasing, according to the case provided for in Schedule II, of a daily life aid where
(a)  it has been prescribed by a health professional in charge of the worker in accordance with section 3; or
(b)  its use is recommended by an occupational therapist or a physiotherapist to whom the health professional in charge of the worker referred the worker.
